Wear a Football Team Costume

Both Finn and Puck are pretty basic high school guy clothes. Look at several of the cast photographs for some ideas.

Finn wears jeans and a t-shirt with an over shirt or just a sweater. Finn may be seen in his high school Letterman jacket. This is probably a look that could be pulled off easily from most high school and college students' closet.Puck

In addition to wearing jeans and a t-shirt with an over shirt or just a sweater. Puck can also be seen in his high school Letterman jacket. One addition to Puck is the Mohawk and partially shaved head. Remember if you decide to shave your head into a "Puck" style, it will take some time to grow out. Sam

New comer Sam Evans was the quarterback when Finn was off the team, so shirt, jeans and a Letterman jacket would work. He also was the featured "Biebester" look. Grab a hoodie and comb your hair the wrong direction.David Karofsky

Bullying football player and one time reluctant glee member David Karofsky is rarely seen outside of his Letterman jacket. When he reforms from bullying he becomes one of the Bullywhips, wearing a jacket and red beret, which could be another look.

New addition to the show and to the Glee Club, Lauren Zizes is the State Greco Roman Wrestling Champ.

Tina

Those liking the goth look, wanting to wear dark colors and act morose then Tina is the one to dress up as. She wears dark colors, short skirts, dark stockings and even fingerless gloves or gloves. At times she's even had hair extensions in other colors.Mike

Dancer Mike Chang doesn't say too much and doesn't sing much at all. He is more known for his amazing dance moves. If you happen to have amazing dance abilities, wear some normal clothes and thrill everyone with your moves. Probably not a great costume idea if you can't dance.Artie

Artie tends to wear white shirts and pants. Add a pair of dark rimmed glasses and maybe even hopping in a wheel chair and you're set as Artie.

Wear a Mr. Schuester Costume

Mr. Schuester

Glee club director, Mr. Shuester has a pretty conservative "teacher" look. Sue Sylvester accused him of "wearing more vests than the cast of Blossom." A white shirt, tie, vest and Khaki pants will help to pull off a Mr. Shuester look. You might also want to look at several of the cast photographs for other ideas. Of course if you have the short curly hair that he does, that will help complete the look.

Wear a Holly Holliday Costume

Another very popular character for season 2 was guest star Gwyneth Paltrow who played the sexy substitute teacher Holly Holliday in several episodes.

There are many looks to choose from if you want to go as Holly Holliday for Halloween (lots of alliteration there) Gwyneth Paltrow. She came to school dressed as Mary Todd Lincoln, Wallis Simpson, a rocker chick, a country balladeer, a jazzercise instructor, a sexy tango dancer and a singing siren.

My pick would be the look from singing in the rain/umbrella mash-up from the "Substitute" episode.

Holly Holliday

To create the Singing in the Rain costume look, get a black rain jacket, black boots, black leather leggings and a big umbrella. Be sure to practice some of your Gene Kelly "Singing in the Rain" moves.

Wear a Emma or Rachel Costume

An a ingenue is considered to be a young woman who is endearingly innocent and wholesome. This would describe both Emma Pillsbury and Rachel Barry. Look at several of the cast photographs for some ideas.

Emma

To wear an Emma costume, put on a conservative dress or top and skirt would work for Emma's costume. Carry hand sanitizer and possibly dental floss. Rachel

Rachel is also conservative, but tends to wear a lot of skirts and sweaters. Going against the conservative character is the fact that Rachel wears very short skirts. For this season, Rachel has changed her hair style and is wearing bangs.

Wear a Miss Pillsbury Costume

Emma Pillsbury, like Rachel Barry is pretty conservative and even more uptight and also ends up in the Ingnue category. Her clothes are more varied. Wearing a conservative dress or top and skirt would work for Emma's costume. You may want to carry around a bottle of hand sanitizer and practice having very big, almost bugged out eyes. She looks to be in a perpetual state of wonderment and/or confusion. Look at the cast photographs for more ideas.

Wear a Coaches' Costume

Start by looking at several of the cast photographs for some ideas. You may have to Google for Coach Beiste for more ideas.

Coach Sylvester

Being Coach Sue Sylvester is easy, simply grab a matching track outfit (blue tends to be one of the colors worn frequently) add a coach's whistle and a bull horn and your Sue Sylvester. This is another character to brush up on clever quotes.Coach Tanaka

Even though Coach Tanaka isn't with the show, his character made an impression wearing short-ish shorts with a prominent, stomach. Find an old gym outfit, add a whistle and a clip board and your Coach Tanaka.Coach Beiste

Coach Beiste joined the series at the beginning of the 2010 - 2011 season. Like Coach Tanaka, she has a tendency to wear short outfits, but in matching dark colors. May want to add a head set to help in calling the plays.

Wear a Cheerio (Cheerleader) Costume

Being a Cheerio, or one of the Cheerleaders (Quinn, Brittany, Santana or Becky) is very easy, especially if you happen to have access to an old cheerleading outfit (that still fits).

Put on the outfit, put your hair into a pony tail, maybe a stick of gum and you're good to go.

Becky is easier to do, especially if you have short hair. Just add a pair of glasses.

You might want to carry pompoms and sport a snobbish or superior attitude. If you are going to go as Brittany, be sure to brush up on your one line zingers.

Wear a Warbler Costume

The Dalton Academy Warblers exploded on Glee during the second season. With their very preppy and retro look, the Warblers may be a popular Halloween costume, particularly for groups of singing guys.
